Cybersecurity Specialist

Provide Level 3 security operations support by responding to and escalating incidents, supporting response planning and scoping, and preparing incident reports for management and stakeholders. Tune and optimize IDS, proxy and inline malware tooling using threat feeds, hunt for anomalous activity, and assist incident triage with vulnerability, urgency, and impact assessments. Maintain adherence to SOC playbooks, verify customer-reported cases, and produce weekly customer status reporting.
