Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Help create an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Lead by example by collaborating with Store Management to improve sales-driven key performance indicators and follow asset protection policies (shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Possess at least O Level.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
