Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop full-stack healthcare applications, from user-facing React components to Python-based backend services with a focus on scalability and reliability.
•Implement APIs and service integrations to support complex healthcare workflows and ensure secure data handling.
•Create and manage durable, fault-tolerant workflows using Temporal.io to model long-running healthcare processes.
•Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to translate real-world workflows into robust technical solutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
•Contribute to production-readiness through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices to support cloud-based deployments.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience building full-stack applications with Python on the backend and React on the frontend
•Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (or GraphQL)
•Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous processing
•Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
