Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the company’s academic philosophy and pedagogical approach.
  • •Oversee undergraduate curriculum and assessment development across disciplines to ensure rigor and measurable learning outcomes.
  • •Lead the Learning Team, including faculty and instructional designers, driving continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with the Provost to support accreditation and regulatory compliance and to implement academic quality systems.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to create AI-enhanced learning experiences and experiment with adaptive, AI-supported instructional models.
