Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site cyber security services for industrial process control networks, including consulting, troubleshooting, and assessments.
  • •Assume leadership on assigned projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • •Stay technically current with Honeywell networking and wireless product/systems portfolio and maintain expert knowledge in designated network disciplines.
  • •Maintain cyber security certifications and knowledge of industry security standards such as IEC-62443 and ISO 27000.
  • •Diagnose customer issues and provide timely technical solutions, while responding to inquiries through accurate engineering support and maintaining industrial safety awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–3 years industrial automation network systems engineering plus 3+ years with IT security and 2+ years industrial networking.
  • •CISSP (or similar) and at least one current networking/security certification (e.g., Cisco Certified Network/Design/Security Professional); CWSP or similar wireless security experience.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Linux/Windows security fundamentals, process control system design/implementation, and strong troubleshooting for network, application, and integration issues.
  • •Experience designing/optimizing complex LAN environments and network security, including TCP/IP (SMTP, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SSH, SSL), Ethernet, VLAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls, DMZ, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
