Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion ClearStar clients through phone, written communication in Salesforce CRM, and live chat.
  • •Analyze issues, problem-solve, and provide resolutions to clients, candidates, and internal customers.
  • •Coordinate drug screening accounts, kits, and custody/control forms with laboratories and manufacturers.
  • •Review and approve third-party vendor invoices for accuracy and payment.
  • •Train users and support client onboarding (demos, client configuration updates) and test new releases/enhancements prior to launch.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of direct customer service experience; a previous quota-driven role is strongly preferred.
