Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commodity strategies for electromechanical actuators and motors, focusing on cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing to deliver quality parts at the right cost when needed.
  • •Drive RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for electromechanical commodities.
  • •Own relationships with external contract manufacturing, managing continuity of supply, risk, cost negotiations, and NPI execution.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and performance metrics across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years’ experience in supply chain commodity management of electromechanical manufacturing of actuators/motors and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
  • •Experience leading RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for electromechanical commodities.
