Job Summary

Drive net-new revenue for Fortune 100 customers by developing consultative sales plans and leading end-to-end solution selling for Atlassian’s AI-powered Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo). Present and position solutions through discovery to close, manage pipeline and territory status in Salesforce, partner cross-functionally across GTM, and identify expansion opportunities. Provide customer and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering.

•Drive net-new revenue by executing consultative sales plans for named strategic accounts.
•Lead end-to-end solution selling from discovery and value articulation through close, positioning Teamwork Collection against competitive alternatives.
•Communicate pipeline, account, and territory status, including resource needs, challenges, and wins.
•Collaborate cross-functionally across Atlassian’s GTM organization to accelerate execution.
•Uncover expansion opportunities with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel Sales, Partners, and Account Managers; provide customer and competitive feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience selling to enterprise or strategic accounts, including seven-figure deals.
•Experience selling to large enterprises in collaboration, productivity, or work management.
•Proven record of selling to VP- and C-level executives.
•Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling).
•Tech-stack proficiency with Salesforce plus data/analytics platforms and prospecting tools; ability to work cross-functionally across GTM teams.
