•Advise on complex problem resolution and high-stakes legal issues and disputes.
•Draft and negotiate highly complex multinational agreements, including with large global merchant organizations.
•Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and manage legal risks through comprehensive risk management frameworks.
•Partner with enterprise business counterparts across functions to deliver effective legal services and escalate complex issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•8+ years relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Well-versed in technology, licensing, and payment/financial services, with strong risk and regulatory awareness.
•Exceptional writing, drafting, and editing skills for highly complex agreements and legal documents.
•Ability to partner with business stakeholders (e.g., sales, privacy, product, regional counsel, risk, and regulatory) and provide sound legal advice.
•2+ years experience managing large deal closings involving interrelated agreements, triggers, and stakeholder requirements.
