Key Responsibilities

  • •Cost Planning & Pre-Contract Management: Prepare and manage cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans for CSA works.
  • •Provide cost advice during design development on structural systems, construction methods, and architectural elements.
  • •Benchmark costs and identify value engineering opportunities to optimise project outcomes.
  • •Procurement & Tendering: Prepare tender documentation and commercial deliverables for CSA trade packages; manage tender processes including pre-qualification, tender analysis, evaluation, and recommendations.
  • •Post-Contract Cost Management: Manage change control processes, including variation assessments and cost impact analysis; review and certify contractor progress payments; monitor cost performance and maintain forecasts; support final account negotiation and project close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of cost management experience with a strong focus on CSA / structural and architectural works.
  • •Proven experience delivering data centre, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
  • •Previous experience within a cost consultancy environment is highly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is strongly preferred.
