•Provide oversight and management of the company’s strategic priorities portfolio using a systematic project management approach across the SEA region.
•Facilitate governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive engagements to secure timely decisions and risk management.
•Lead organizational and process transformation initiatives to support growth and ensure synchronized execution with global frameworks.
