Support the LIVE Operations team driving TikTok Shop livestream growth in the UK by analyzing livestream performance data, facilitating central projects, and helping deliver end-to-end operations from live registration through post-live review. Assist with live playbook development by combining US/China best practices with UK needs, and help disseminate it through training and community channels. •Help disseminate the playbook through training organization activities such as webinars, offline events, and community management.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, recommendation, GNE) on landing tactics and removing roadblocks; deliver ad-hoc livestream performance reports.

Key Requirements

•Current student in the penultimate year of a degree (BS/MS).
•Major in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
•Basic understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and live ecosystem.
•Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and strong problem-solving skills.
•Preferred: experience in e-commerce/live content and experience with SQL and Tableau/data analytics tools.
