Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research and development of AI methodologies for Cisco sales intelligence applications including My Business Reports (MBR), Intelligence Center, One Sales BO (OSBO), and Visibility.
  • •Conduct original research to advance AI for Go-To-Market use cases, enhancing Intelligence Center and MBR.
  • •Design and fine-tune neural network architectures for Next Best Action logic and propensity models, and write high-performance code for real-time insights.
  • •Build experimental setups and proof-of-concepts for new AI features, partnering with data engineers to ensure clean, governed, optimized data foundations.
  • •Translate research findings into integrated tools for sellers by partnering with Sales Strategy, Engineering, and Product teams, and document results while mentoring colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. or a research-heavy Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • •Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience applying theory to complex business datasets.
  • •Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • •Experience building scalable AI pipelines.
  • •Ability to architect AI-driven intelligence solutions that impact business outcomes.
