Key Responsibilities

•Own infrastructure test strategy and delivery for database-related infra changes and projects, embedding quality into planning, execution, monitoring, testing, and project closure.
•Manage program demand intake and drive quality delivery via test planning, schedules, risk/issue management, and incident analysis.
•Lead and coordinate test delivery for database changes, including root-cause analysis for continuous quality improvement and production stability.
•Drive quality efficiencies using automated solutions across the database change testing lifecycle and optimize change processes using ITIL methodology and ServiceNow.
•Serve as escalation point and team lead: mentor the Infra Test Delivery Team, coordinate with application teams and engineering partners, and present program status to infra leadership weekly/monthly.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, with 12+ years of experience in infrastructure change testing and/or Software Testing Life Cycle.
•Develop and execute infrastructure test strategies for database infrastructure changes and projects, including test planning, scenario build, execution, and defect/issue management.
•Experience with test management: soliciting requirements, producing test strategy, effort estimation, and test schedules.
•Strong understanding of database technologies and environments, including patching/upgrades/security fixes and database management (RDBMS/SQL and NoSQL).
•Proficiency with automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Unix shell scripting, Selenium, Selenium/Java; ITIL concepts and tools like ServiceNow), plus troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
