Job Summary

Lead pricing strategy work for a Cox Automotive business unit or solution set, developing pricing, packaging, and monetization capabilities that can be implemented within market, technical, and process constraints. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and solution set leaders to align pricing thought leadership and management to drive revenue and EBITA benefits. Deliver pricing analytics, discounting/rebate strategy, and monetization approaches using modeling and market testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, business unit GMs, and Product to develop executable pricing strategies aligned to GTM strategy.
•Provide thought leadership in pricing models, techniques, and strategies to help business partners meet revenue and profitability objectives.
•Collaborate with Product and IT to ensure pricing strategies, processes, and tools are executable within system limitations and restrictions.
•Drive pricing analytics, discounting and rebate strategies, and new product monetization approaches through analysis, modeling, and market testing.
•Support transformational pricing initiatives and provide subject matter expertise for pricing discussions with VP/SVP executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,600 - 204,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in pricing, sales, operations, consulting, or related field driving product management, strategy, or revenue management; alternatives include a master’s with 6 years, a Ph.D. with 3 years, or 12 years without a degree.
•Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and different organizational levels to deliver results.
•Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize workflow and work independently.
•Proven ability to work effectively within complex decision-making and organizational structures.
•Ability to lead parallel assignments in a high-quality manner while hitting deadlines.

Experience:8+ years

Education:Bachelor's in related discipline
