Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle for large, multi-year aviation development programs, from planning and design through construction.
  • •Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams, including decision-making guidance.
  • •Establish program governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics aligned to client goals, regulatory requirements, and execution plans.
  • •Manage program budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control, and cost forecasts; ensure timely resolution of issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 12+ years of related program or project management experience for aviation infrastructure projects (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership.
  • •Experience leading aviation programs across planning, design, procurement, and construction deliverables.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage client relationships at the executive level.
  • •Ability to pass airport-specific background checks and obtain required badges or clearances.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or related discipline, plus PMP certification or equivalent.
