Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory by counting physical stock, checking minimums and maximums, and ensuring items are serviceable and within expiration requirements.
  • •Receive, prepare, pack, and ship parts and materials, including requisitioning items and loading/unloading and stocking/retrieving supplies safely.
  • •Verify items against requisitioning and accompanying forms, identify discrepancies, place discrepant items into a special action holding area, and report shortages or overdue items.
  • •Handle hazardous materials while following FAA/OSHA regulations, dangerous goods packaging instructions, and company safety and “good housekeeping” practices.
  • •Use handhelds (iPads/scanners) to confirm receipt, complete required paperwork for internal transfers and audits, and drive/store equipment such as forklifts and carts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, plus either 2 years of college or a trade/technical certificate, or 12+ months of warehouse/supply experience involving receiving, shipping, and binning parts/serial numbers.
  • •Valid driver’s license and the ability to read, write, and speak English (or the local native language).
  • •Successful completion of required qualifying tests, including hazardous material handling.
  • •Ability to complete forms and identify part numbers and shipping documentation, plus basic computer skills and simple arithmetic.
  • •Willingness to work outdoors in all weather, rotating shifts including weekends/holidays, extra hours when needed, and to complete FAA criminal background checks for unescorted SIDA access.
