Key Responsibilities

  • •Own story content, acceptance criteria, and end-of-story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring timely preparation and refinement for future PIs.
  • •Capture and refine technical debt and non-functional requirements, prioritising them across sprints.
  • •Incorporate BAU, ceremony, and spike activities into team backlogs within capacity boundaries.
  • •Maintain feature quality and integrity within technical/team boundaries while identifying risks and dependencies to the Product Portfolio backlog.
  • •Define metrics for measuring work success and performance, and contribute to PI demo preparation and product management meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3) in IT.
  • •5+ years total experience in Information Technology, including 2+ years practical experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity, delivering change at pace.
  • •Knowledge/skills in operations research, marketing science, information systems, and/or e-commerce (or relevant certification).
  • •Global Product training and certification (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO).
  • •Strong technical or domain expertise and proficiency with tools for product management aspects of software delivery.
