Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and advise on client EHS culture and support implementation of EHS procedures and regulatory requirements at site(s).
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures to reduce risk and exposures.
  • •Review and advise on Contractor Environmental Health and Safety Plans (CEHSP), and assess hazard assessments (RAMS, JHAs, ARTs, PTPs) with improvement recommendations.
  • •Interface with construction management by delivering EHS performance data, including leading/lagging KPIs, incident management, and environmental monitoring metrics.
  • •Draft reports for federal, state, and local agencies; support EHS training and help ensure compliance with environmental programs (e.g., waste management, stormwater, spill prevention, air permitting).

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA plus 6 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency) in a related field.
  • •Experience in construction safety or a related field.
  • •Experience in environmental compliance and industry standards.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •US citizenship is required.
