Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise RPA solutions for the RPA team.
  • •Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions that drive process optimization across banking business lines.
  • •Collaborate with business improvement consultants, business analysts, and SMEs to gather requirements, understand process maps, and define automation use cases.
  • •Translate requirements into PDD/SDD and test scripts using Task Mining, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and Confluence.
  • •Design and develop UiPath-based automations (including IDP and API integrations), manage migrations from Blue Prism, and maintain automation in production with testing and documentation in Confluence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in senior RPA roles.
  • •3+ years designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath.
  • •Programming with C#, VB.NET, VBA, and Python to build custom automation code stages and libraries.
  • •Designing components that consume SOAP and REST-based APIs and building UiPath forms, email libraries, and data extraction scripts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • •Working with SQL (queries, stored procedures) and databases such as Oracle and MySQL to store, maintain, and extract business data.
