Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex spend and corporate card implementations across EMEA, ensuring on-time, in-scope, high-quality go-lives.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor, shaping integration approaches, system configuration, and overall solution design.
  • •Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, especially when ERP, HRIS, and API integrations are core to rollout.
  • •Partner with sales on technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, recommending an integration blueprint including APIs and third-party connectors.
  • •Troubleshoot integration hurdles with customers and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years’ experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
  • •4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced environment (e.g. SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation).
  • •Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders including C-level executives, technical teams, and operations.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including leading steering meetings and influencing decisions without direct authority.
