Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initial project execution layout to establish an efficient, effective project plan.
  • •Manage engineers, drafters, and designers and interface directly with clients.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules and budgets; provide weekly/bi-weekly meetings to align deliverables and tasks.
  • •Develop transmission line design knowledge using tools and deliverables such as structure staking, foundations, assembly drawings, and construction support.
  • •Support project/department manager activities including status reports, forecasting, QA/QC adherence, resource planning, and hiring processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or closely related) or equivalent experience.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education engineering and civil design experience, including overhead high voltage and extra high voltage transmission line design.
  • •Extensive knowledge in PLS-CADD.
  • •Experience managing projects and leading multi-disciplined teams; experience with Microsoft Office suite.
