•Solid knowledge of Linux and middleware internals/engineering practices (e.g., etcd, Nacos, Kafka).
•Proficiency in gRPC and experience with development and performance tuning.
•Troubleshooting experience using profiling tools, Arthas, and Linux CLI for system analysis and issue diagnosis.
