Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Go or Java concurrent programming with strong design and optimization skills for high-concurrency scenarios.
  • •Hands-on experience with distributed services and distributed storage, including microservices architecture design.
  • •Solid knowledge of Linux and middleware internals/engineering practices (e.g., etcd, Nacos, Kafka).
  • •Proficiency in gRPC and experience with development and performance tuning.
  • •Troubleshooting experience using profiling tools, Arthas, and Linux CLI for system analysis and issue diagnosis.
