Project Business Specialist

Direct complex project and account work for a PMO team, coordinating tasks across functional groups and managing project/order schedules. Ensure deadlines are met and customer deliverables are accurately submitted by serving as the primary customer order contact. Communicate with customers, field sales, and stakeholders via calls, email, and virtual meetings; resolve non-standard issues and execute special customer requirements. Support pre-sale and post-sale administration for Measurement products while driving process improvements.
