Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deliver, and run IAM solutions on SailPoint Identity Governance and administration tooling.
  • •Ensure IAM solutions developed using SailPoint, RPA, and other IAM technologies are operationally fit and align with business goals.
  • •Translate control requirements into operational reality with a focus on customers and automation.
  • •Lead and manage a mature IAM team of SMEs and engineers across multiple locations, including performance, coaching, agile development, and resource/financial management.
  • •Maintain 24x7 IT service standards for owned services and meet audit/regulatory expectations while partnering with operational support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience designing and developing with SailPoint IIQ, including Identity Governance and administration tooling, plus Java development experience.
  • •Experience working in Identity and Access Management infrastructure environments.
  • •End-to-end understanding of Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Recertification, and segregation of duties control requirements within IAM/Cybersecurity teams.
  • •Over 10 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) and other IAM products, including Privileged Access Management.
  • •Proven ability to lead others and deliver significant change that improves business effectiveness while making strategic decisions considering risks and long-term implications.
