Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product education strategy and independently produce every video from script to final cut.
  • •Create product education content for the YouTube channel, including tutorials and feature education as updates ship.
  • •Develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
  • •Deliver product demos through video and on-camera content.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to ensure high-quality content and route user feedback into the product lifecycle.
