Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Finance AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with Finance modernization and business objectives.
  • •Develop and execute AI enablement strategies to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes across Finance.
  • •Partner with Finance leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
  • •Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions including AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, prompt libraries, and workflow automations.
  • •Create AI learning programs and citizen developer initiatives; measure and report AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, and business value with dashboards and executive reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • •5+ years of experience in AI enablement, Finance transformation, digital transformation, organizational change management, or workforce capability development.
  • •Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and driving organizational change.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms including Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI Services (or equivalent).
  • •Experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflow solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG with AI orchestration.
