Key Responsibilities

  • •Support quoting, data organization, and creation of technical documentation for complex customer programs, including BOMs, RFQs, and specification reviews.
  • •Assist with internal cost modeling and quoting-tool development to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate supplier communications and tracking of quality documents across the solution lifecycle from award through delivery.
  • •Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn the full solution lifecycle and bridge engineering, sales, and operations.
  • •Lead a capstone mini-project to enhance process efficiency (e.g., automating quoting workflow, developing reporting dashboards, or streamlining documentation).

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Approximately 3-5 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing role (including internships or co-ops).
  • •Foundational knowledge of manufacturing principles, including familiarity with CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Wire harness Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Welding.
  • •Experience interpreting manufacturing drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • •CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred) and strong data organization skills using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/CRM systems.
