Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the store floor and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Coach and manage day-to-day team activities, help drive personal and team sales goals, and serve as a brand ambassador. Handle key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery standards, and asset protection procedures.
