Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Educate customers on consumer deposit products and recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products and services.
  • •Proactively grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnership.
  • •Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures; balance daily and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •1+ year in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales (preferred).
  • •Cash handling skills (preferred).
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services (preferred).
