Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute music objectives across animation series and live-action Kids & Family TV from development to delivery.
•Serve as the music-informed captain for global tooling, strategy, and operational initiatives, aligning with Netflix’s overall music strategy.
•Create preliminary budgets, track music contractual and hard costs, and keep cross-functional teams updated; maintain the music tracker as a source of truth.
•Lead music workflow strategy meetings and coordinate implementation with operational teams (Post Production, Dubbing, and Residuals).
•Manage union/guild onboarding and paperwork, schedule music recording sessions (including travel if applicable), and coordinate recording needs, hires, and asset delivery for dubbing, marketing, awards, and soundtrack releases.

Salary: USD 173,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10 years of experience working in film or television music.
•Prior experience in music production, music engineering/editing, or orchestra contracting.
•Deep knowledge of union/guild rules and regulations (SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, AFM).
•Strong working knowledge of digital audio workstations (Avid ProTools, Logic Pro, Ableton, etc.).
•Comfort with project/talent-facing work and collaborating across Legal, Labor Relations, and Residuals.
