  • •Supervise hourly employees performing production operations and administer rules, programs, and procedures for direct reports.
  • •Provide on-the-job training, instruct new or reassigned employees in safe and efficient equipment operation, and evaluate performance.
  • •Monitor production operations for quality, safety, production standards, and efficient equipment operation; take corrective action to address deviations.
