Build and improve TikTok’s E-commerce search recommendation engine, enhancing models and services from recall through final-stage ranking. Optimize hyperscale machine learning recommender systems while advancing short-text and general recommendation technology with strong NLP integration. Partner with the Search Growth E-commerce team to drive increased search traffic on TikTok and TikTok Mall, and mentor teammates to raise model and engineering quality.
