Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
  • •Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
  • •Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
  • •Monitor and analyze tool-related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool issues.
  • •Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical related field and/or equivalent Military Electronics training, or prior Technician experience in a wafer fab.
  • •Ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance.
  • •Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
  • •Excellent organizational, teaming, troubleshooting, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
