Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational quality tasks including inspections, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders on guideline updates and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system, performing error analysis and sharing findings with stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores and conduct root cause analysis with the management team.
  • •Monitor project data and quality scores, prepare daily reports/analysis, localize guidelines, and coordinate training/go-live activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above with at least 1 year of relevant QA working experience.
  • •Fluent Tagalog speaker with English as a working language.
  • •Background in QA, especially search engine evaluation, with familiarity in search engines, social media algorithms, and SEO.
  • •Proficiency in common office software and ability to use data analysis to identify trends.
  • •Attention to detail and strong ability to learn new concepts; deep understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
