Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to customer sites to commission installations, program systems, run functional tests, and train users.
  • •Perform corrective maintenance and technical assistance to fix malfunctions and restore system operation.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance on clients under maintenance contracts to verify proper functioning.
  • •Provide advice to users and support operational training to ensure service quality.
  • •Support product and contract sales by developing and updating a portfolio of maintenance contracts and following commercial offers and product sales.
