•Coordinate daily activities to ensure vehicles are correctly located and ready for auction; collaborate on daily lot movement schedules.
•Delegate tasks and allocate resources to meet pre-sale and lot maintenance requirements within aggressive timelines.
•Oversee onboarding and training for new team members, including SOPs, safety protocols, and technical systems.
•Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness/maintenance, perform pre-sale quality checks, and support inventory management by locating and moving vehicles while confirming VIN and vehicle data accuracy.

•Ability to lead direct reports, hold them accountable, and manage deliverables against aggressive targets.
