Internal Communications & Engagement Graduate Intern

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and internal events. Support the design and execution of internal marketing and communication campaigns for strategic initiatives, including email communications, branding assets, storytelling, and awareness activities. Create engaging content and presentations to strengthen culture, values, and employee experience. Coordinate across functions to gather employee stories, optimize internal channels, and track engagement metrics while collecting feedback.
