Job Summary

Join the Analyzer Maintenance Team at the La Porte Complex to install, commission, perform preventative maintenance, and repair process analyzers and their associated systems. You’ll troubleshoot, configure, and disassemble/rebuild analyzers (including gas chromatographs and emissions/regulatory analyzers), maintain accurate testing records, follow safety procedures, and use a computerized maintenance management system to document work and support reliability-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and commission process analyzers and associated systems.
•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, reliable operation of site process units.
•Troubleshoot, configure, and disassemble/rebuild process analyzers while keeping records tied to periodic testing.
•Review job scopes, acquire required parts/tools/instructions, and execute assigned work per plan, schedule, and standards.
•Complete documentation in a computerized maintenance management system and update supervision/operations on progress and issues.

Key Requirements

•AAS degree in analyzers or instrumentation preferred.
•At least 5 years of experience in industrial I/E/A maintenance.
•Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
•Working knowledge of analyzers (e.g., Siemens Maxum II GCs, ABB5000 GCs, Optichrom Advance GCs, Ametek WDG-V, Servomex 2200, Siemens NOxmat/Ultramat/Oxymat, VCEMS, HRVOC’s) highly preferred.
•Ability to diagnose malfunction/failure of process analyzers and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
