Job Summary

Serve as a technical advisor to Algolia’s partner ecosystem across EMEA, enabling Systems Integrators, ISVs, cloud partners, OEMs, and resellers to build, validate, and deliver solutions powered by Algolia. Own partner enablement and onboarding, evaluate and certify partner integrations and accelerators, evangelize new Algolia capabilities through demos and workshops, and support partner-led presales with architecture, solution design, and proof-of-concepts.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and cloud partners.
•Act as primary technical point of contact for strategic partners throughout their lifecycle and provide ongoing guidance and best practices.
•Evaluate, validate, and certify partner-built accelerators, integrations, and solutions in alignment with platform best practices.
•Become an expert on new Algolia features and product releases and evangelize them via demos, webinars, workshops, and enablement sessions.
•Provide presales technical expertise for partner-led opportunities, including architecture discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discovery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 77,500 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
•Experience working with Systems Integrators and ISV partners.
•Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, web architectures, and modern software development practices.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Experience with search, ecommerce, content management, personalization, digital experience technologies, or other AI technology.
