Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of complex geo-environmental projects across landfill and containment systems, tailings/mining infrastructure, dams/embankments, and waste/resource recovery facilities.
  • •Provide trusted technical leadership on high-risk, high-value projects and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Drive innovative, sustainable solutions that integrate environmental outcomes into major infrastructure.
  • •Oversee project performance (technical, commercial, risk) from concept through to delivery.
  • •Build long-term client relationships across Queensland and nationally while contributing to strategic growth and market positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • •10+ years’ experience, ideally within consulting.
  • •Strong background in waste and containment design (landfills, liners, leachate systems, geosynthetics).
  • •Proven capability in detailed design and technical review.
  • •Experience with earthworks, dams, tailings, and water management systems.
