Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and delivery of complex geo-environmental projects across landfill and containment systems, tailings/mining infrastructure, dams/embankments, and waste/resource recovery facilities.
•Provide trusted technical leadership on high-risk, high-value projects and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
•Drive innovative, sustainable solutions that integrate environmental outcomes into major infrastructure.
•Oversee project performance (technical, commercial, risk) from concept through to delivery.
•Build long-term client relationships across Queensland and nationally while contributing to strategic growth and market positioning.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering.
•10+ years’ experience, ideally within consulting.
•Strong background in waste and containment design (landfills, liners, leachate systems, geosynthetics).
•Proven capability in detailed design and technical review.
•Experience with earthworks, dams, tailings, and water management systems.
