Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop layout and planning sequences of operations by studying blueprints, shop orders, and manufacturing procedures.
  • •Set up and operate presses, punches, nibbler cutters, hydraulic testers, lifts, dial indicators, and precision measuring tools.
  • •Form materials and produce rupture disc components using required equipment.
  • •Clean, assemble, and prepare rupture disc components into completed rupture discs.
  • •Perform burst tests and oven testing, then inspect finished rupture discs to verify conformance to specifications.
