Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot maintenance activity for low‑current equipment to guarantee operational availability for the STAR network, including automation, SCADA, access control, video surveillance, and related systems.
  • •Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, monitor operations, and ensure regulatory compliance (STRMTG, cybersecurity, STPG decree).
  • •Manage investments by monitoring equipment obsolescence, conducting active technology watch, and developing multi‑year investment plans in collaboration with Projet/Investissement and Rennes Métropole.
  • •Oversee subcontractors: maintenance contracts, coordinate contractor interventions, issue work permits, and accept completed services.
  • •As service lead, build the budget, track KPIs and quality indicators, and adjust actions to meet operational imperatives.
