Credit Control Team Member

Manage a dedicated portfolio of sales ledger accounts for Bupa care homes, ensuring billing is accurate and up to date. Drive credit control by following up overdue payments with residents, families, and internal teams via phone, email, or letter in a sensitive and fair way. Investigate and reconcile account queries, support central billing, and help maintain refund processes and clear documentation to meet departmental targets within the Operations Finance team.
