Job Summary

Own the holistic post-sale Client Services relationship for a portfolio of clients, driving benefits realization and value from Visa products. Partner with Sales and Product to align with the Sales Account Plan, define support and service implementation strategies, and improve time-to-value through cross-team coordination. Build trusted client advocacy, lead operational reviews, deliver client education (including webinars), and use digital self-service and emerging GenAI tools to enhance the client experience.

•Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating client and Visa teams to improve readiness and time-to-value.
•Ensure client operational goals and success metrics are understood across the client’s Visa product landscape.
•Execute forward-looking Client Success Plans to track adoption and performance outcomes.
•Drive initiatives to improve client product adoption, including use of Visa self-service tools.
•Serve as an escalation point for significant issues and major incident/crisis responses, and lead operational reviews with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.

•Experience communicating complex technical concepts and/or processes in business language tailored to clients.
•Experience in payment industry trends, threats, competitors, and regulatory environments.
•Certifications or qualifications in Client/Customer Success, project management, or related areas.
