Advanced Manufacturing Senior Engineer

Drive manufacturing process development, industrialization, and New Product Introduction (NPI) for propulsion engine programs. Lead advanced machining and fabrication activities (e.g., precision turning, multi-axis machining, welding, forming), define routings and inspection strategies, and support prototype-to-production readiness, ramp-up, and make/buy planning. Act as the manufacturing focal point, influence design-for-manufacturability, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to manufacturing engineers while supporting suppliers and technology transfer.
