Job Summary

Review and analyze prepaid product requests for merchants and customers worldwide, determining whether to approve or decline based on compliance requirements. Work with the Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) operations team in a 24/7, multi-lingual environment, supporting inquiries via phone and back-end operations. Handle inbound calls and faxes, process claims and refunds, manage escalations with root-cause analysis, and apply risk and fraud insights.

•Review and analyze merchant and customer requests for prepaid products, deciding to pay or decline based on compliance requirements.
•Manage inbound customer and seller calls and faxes for prepaid products like Gift Cards and Travelers Cheques.
•Handle claims for lost/stolen and unable to cash Travelers Cheques, including escheatment calls and faxes.
•Process refund requests, overspend, and excessive balance cases.
•Respond to customer escalations with root cause analysis, using risk-related data to identify fraud connections and manage changes to meet performance targets.
