Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems received via ServiceNow.
•Coordinate onsite IT support for networks/servers by troubleshooting service issues and performing operation/maintenance activities.
•Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products and equipment; repair failures and order/replace parts as needed.
•Install operating system patches/upgrades via SCCM Software Center and provide remote support for telework/home users using VPN/Citrix.
•Support logistics tasks including user relocation requests, device encryption, local on-site cabling, wireless services, and disposal preparation.

Salary: USD 53,040 annually
