Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and mentor a team of electrical engineers developing the BMS and CCU hardware.
  • •Guide architectural decisions and down-selection, to drive new hardware concepts to maturity.
  • •Make critical technical decisions balancing performance, safety, schedule, and certification constraints.
  • •Lead engineering design reviews and manage flight hardware releases.
  • •Guide cross-functional teams through hardware analysis projects (eg. WCCA, FMEA, PSSA) in support of safe flight and certification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in electrical system design for EV, aerospace, or similar high-reliability applications.
  • •3+ years of demonstrated people management experience.
  • •Experience with high voltage battery systems and BMS electronics.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • •Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
