•Manage 5-6 client Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimization
•Develop and own each client’s ads strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
•Oversee ad production and performance reporting for clients, making data-driven optimizations
•Engage in 1:1 client calls to relay insights, plan actions, and manage expectations
•Collaborate with other consultants to codify best practices and automation processes to scale in the “super agency”

Salary: USD 70,000 - 150,000 annually
